In conjunction
of your use of the 10dollarpayroll.com payroll systems,
you agree to the following:
A. You agree that the following agreement is only an additon
to the customer service agreement that you approve on
the website itself.
B. You agree to clear all the items on your ToDo list.
You don't need to know anything about payroll taxes, however,
you do need to click and approve or take care of all the
items appearing on your ToDo List.
C. You understand
that the Electronic Tax Payment System (EFTPS) is not
automatically setup. Although there is no charge to setup
the Electronic Tax Payment, you need to set this system
up. You may do so by following this link "Setup, Electronic
Services" , or contact our customer service representative
so we can walk you through the system.
D. You understand that after you process a payroll, you
need to APPROVE any and all Electronic Tax Payments and
Approve all paychecks.
Similarly, you need to Approve the Tax Filings.
If you do not approve the tax filing or tax payments,
your taxes will not be paid nor will they be filed and
you will be subject to penalties by the IRS and or the
State. You agree that it is your responsibility to click
and approve the tax payments and approve the tax filings.
